Note from the DO
Greetings All,I thought I would send you a note to let you know what’s Happening
It’s great to see so many of you out for a snorkel on Sundays. It has been cold but not as bad as you think. Last Sunday was beautiful, and we had some viz in the water too. Pool nights have been very busy recently, which is great to see. So come along and get fit, enjoy the atmosphere, and catch up with your buddies.
We have started pool fitness tests. This involves you swimming 8 lengths, towing a person,2 lengths (no, I don’t count) and then a length underwater on a breath. Let me know on a wed , if you want to do it . Its mandatory that you do it if you wish to dive.
I would be grateful if you all signed into Coms, on the CGT website, and complete your Annual Medical disclaimer. It’s easy to do, but please call me if you need help with it Click on this, and it will take you to it- https://members.cft.ie/mms/?mvcskel_redirect_url=Auth%2FLogin
